We are just 5 miles North East of Oxford By Road M40 Junction 8 from London. A40 to Oxford and Cheltenham. At Green Road Roundabout in Headington, take 4th exit (last before returning to London) signposted ’Crematorium’ and Islip. At T junction turn left. After about 4 miles you enter Islip over the River Ray, the road bears left and then right, into The Walk. Turn first left onto our drive, between two wooden gates. M40 Junction 9 from the North. Join the A34 South towards Oxford. After about 3 miles turn left, onto B4027 signposted Islip. Carry on through the village until you reach the bridge over River Ray. Before crossing, turn right, and right again, into The Walk. Our drive is on the left, between two wooden gates. From Oxford. Leave city via Banbury Road to Kidlington. At Sainsburys roundabout take 3rd exit signposted Bicester and Northampton. At the next mini roundabout, 2nd exit to Islip. Give way to slip road from A34, and follow lane into village. At T junction turn right, and follow instructions as from the North. By Rail Islip Station (5minutes walk) with 7 trains a day - Oxford 13minutes London (Paddington 1hour)...see also Places of Interest Page. |
